Shipping policy

My processing time is around 7-14 business days!

I am a one woman show, creating and packaging in my basement office. :) Thank you for your patience!

Tracking info will be provided to you once the order ships out! The tracking will be through USPS, or UPS. 

Once the order leaves my home and is in the hands of the carrier, I am no longer responsible for the package. 

I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items once packed and shipped and handed off to the carrier. 

Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. If a package is returned to me from the carrier for an invalid or incorrect address, customer is responsible for paying a reshipping fee before I will send back out. 

If you receive a mug that is cracked or broken, please let me know and send a picture to me at thesarcasticowl88@gmail.com
