Refund policy

REFUND POLICY-

All sales are final, due to most of the items being made to order. 

With that being said, for some items I do use a printing company, so if there is a printing issue with a tshirt, sweatshirt, tote bag, or mug, I ask that you please send me an email and attach any pictures of the item. thesarcasticowl@gmail.com

I do allow cancellations of an order for 24 hours after the purchase!

EXCHANGE POLICY-

I can't offer an exchange on any clothing items or phone cases pertaining to incorrect sizes. 

Once the order is placed, the print company receives the order and your item(s) is sent to printing. I will not be able to make any corrections for sizing so please be sure to double check that you have selected the correct size before purchasing!
